As Mgr. Natália Mutalová and I finished my university studies in single-subject psychology in 2010 at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. In 2013, I became a member of the Chamber of Psychologists, when I also became a health worker. In 2017, I completed an attestation at the Slovak Medical University in the specialized field of work and organizational psychology. I also expanded my education in projective psychodiagnostic methods (Rorschach, Lüscher, Tree and Figure Drawing, Hand Test) as well as in the field of crisis intervention and relaxation techniques (Autogenous training, Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation). Since 2013, I have been supplementing my education in the field of psychotherapy and psychological counseling. I am a participant in long-term psychodynamic / deep psychotherapeutic training, which is the basis of my main theoretical focus in providing professional counseling. I have been working intensively with clients at the level of psychological counseling and therapeutic management since 2017.
I have also gained my work experience in the field of psychodiagnostics, which I have been actively involved in since 2011, and recently also at the level of supervisory activities. In the field of work psychology, I am directly involved in the selection of employees using objective psychological methods in order to assess the work ability and suitability of individual candidates for selected / designated job positions. At work, I focus on capturing both intellectual potential and performance characteristics, but also on understanding the overall personality of the individual using primarily projective techniques and conversation with the client. My goal is to maximize the candidate’s objective knowledge and minimize the degree of regulation of the result by the client as well as subjective shading by the psychologist. In the field of work psychology, I also dealt with interpersonal relationships (especially conflict situations in the team at the workplace), team building. Within the organization, I also focused on educating employees in several psychological topics (communication, coping with stress and workload, work frustration).
