I focus mainly on cooperation in the process of selecting employees by focusing on obtaining and developing a personal profile of individual candidates in assessing their job suitability / competence. The personality profile can be a significant benefit of understanding the motivation of employees, team building, work groups or the application of job rotation (objective perception of assumptions and limits). I also participate in improving the processes in the company as well as resolving interpersonal (most often conflicting) relationships.
